HireHi приглашает опытного backend-инженера в Варшаве на полный рабочий день. Ваша роль будет включать владение фичами от спецификаций до продакшн, разработку высокопроизводительных сервисов и микросервисов на Golang/Java/Python с REST/gRPC, а также участие в реализации надёжной архитектуры данных и процессах CI/CD.

Требуется опыт построения распределённых систем, знание английского языка и готовность работать в динамичной команде.

Qualifications

• Опыт разработки на Golang, Java или Python.
• Знание REST и gRPC для взаимодействия сервисов.
• Опыт проектирования и эксплуатации масштабируемых распределённых систем.
• Знание процессов CI/CD и современных конвейеров деплоймента.

Responsibilities

• Владение фичами от требований до продакшн и поддержки.
• Разрабатывать backend-сервисы и микросервисы на Go, Java или Python с REST/gRPC.
• Строить надёжные, масштабируемые сервисы с низкой задержкой и консистентностью данных.
• Сотрудничать с product managers и архитекторами для проектирования решений.
• Контролировать технические риски, прогресс и статус задач.
• Менторить младших инженеров, продвигать практики CI/CD и общие стандарты разработки.

Задачи

• Own features end-to-end, from technical specifications and system architecture to production deployment and maintenance
• Design, write, and maintain production-quality backend software and microservices using Golang, Java, or Python, with REST and gRPC
• Build and optimize resilient, scalable services with high availability, low latency, and strong data consistency
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and engineering peers to design, refine, and deliver data-driven risk management capabilities
• Track technical risks and system issues, and report progress and status to stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers, drive CI/CD best practices, and contribute to development standards and team-wide Agile practices

Требования

• Expert proficiency in at least one server-side language: Golang, Java, or Python
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating server-to-server APIs using REST and gRPC
• Proven experience building, scaling, and operating large-scale distributed systems with high availability, low latency, and strong data consistency
• Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and modern deployment pipelines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; able to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Будет плюсом: real-time stream processing, in-memory computing, Hadoop, Apache Spark, MapReduce, Redis or other distributed caching layers, risk engines, fraud detection, payment infrastructure in regulated financial environments
