Grid Dynamics in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to help modernize mission-critical infrastructure by building a Go-centric microservices platform and related tooling for a leading financial services client.

You will design and maintain production-grade Go services, implement DSL parsers, develop custom developer tooling, and integrate backend services with VSCode extensions, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling to improve developer productivity and system reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience, with deep, hands-on proficiency in Go (Golang).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Go microservices and APIs.
• Develop custom tooling, DSL parsers, and automation engines.
• Integrate backend services with VSCode extensions and developer workflows.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD integrations with observability.
• Collaborate in a squad to deliver architecture on tight release schedules.
