Job summary

Grid Dynamics is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join a high-impact engineering initiative for a leading global financial services client. You will modernize legacy platforms by building a Go-centric developer ecosystem and scalable microservices.

You will design production-grade Go services, tooling, and DSL parsers, with strong emphasis on CI/CD, observability, and IDE integrations to boost developer productivity across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with Go.
• Expertise in designing scalable Go microservices and APIs (gRPC, REST).
• Experience building developer tooling, build engines, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Go concurrency and high-performance backend design.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud-native observability.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade Go microservices and robust APIs.
• Develop custom tooling, DSL parsers, and automation engines.
• Integrate backend services with VSCode extensions and automated workflows.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD integrations with observability.
• Collaborate within a squad to deliver maintainable architecture on tight schedules.
