Qualifications

Responsibilities

Проектирование, сборка и поддержка production-grade Go микросервисов и надёжных API для внутренних возможностей платформы.
Разработка инструментов для разработчиков, парсеров языков и DSL-автоматизации для модернизации устаревших систем.
Интеграция бэкенд-сервисов с расширениями VSCode и автоматизированными рабочими процессами.
Реализация автоматического тестирования, CI/CD интеграций и мониторинга по распределённым сервисам под тяжёлой нагрузкой.
Сотрудничество в рамках инженерной команды над чистой и поддерживаемой архитектурой в рамках ограниченных релизных графиков.

Задачи

Design, build, and maintain production-grade Go microservices and robust APIs for internal platform capabilities
Develop custom developer tools, language parsers, and DSL automation engines for legacy system modernization
Integrate backend services with VSCode extensions and automated developer workflows
Implement automated testing, CI/CD integrations, and end-to-end observability across distributed Go services under heavy load
Collaborate within a dedicated engineering squad to deliver clean, maintainable architecture on tight release schedules

Требования

Have 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience and deep hands-on proficiency in Go (Golang)
Architect and ship scalable distributed systems and APIs using gRPC and REST in Go
Have experience building developer tooling, build engines, automated QA frameworks, or CI/CD pipelines
Understand Go concurrency patterns, memory management, profiling, and high-throughput backend design
Have practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana
Have fluent written and spoken English with strong technical communication capabilities
Nice to have: experience in financial services or fintech, Language Server Protocol (LSP), AST parsing, VSCode extension development, legacy platform modernization, or compiler/DSL design
