• 10+ years backend development with system architecture responsibility.
• Proficiency in Go; Rust a plus.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Knowledge of database design and data modeling.
• Distributed systems, concurrency, and large data processing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services with focus on performance, reliability, security.
• Use AI-assisted tools to boost productivity and code quality.
• Translate requirements into technical specs for developers and AI agents.
• Review PRs from humans and AI agents for quality and alignment with standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and stakeholders on key features.
• Promote TDD, automated tests, and CI/CD integration.
• Design and optimize database schemas across relational, key-value, and time-series stores.
• Apply secure coding practices and address vulnerabilities.
• Monitor latency and throughput to meet workloads.
• Mentor developers and share best practices.
