Job summary

Miratech, a global IT services and consulting company, seeks a Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will implement distributed services, robust APIs, and event-driven architectures while ensuring high performance and security.

Occasional frontend contributions may be required as part of the role. Key responsibilities include designing APIs, managing asynchronous messaging, and building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Strong backend experience with Golang
• Experience with concurrency and asynchronous workflows
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and message handling
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Proven API design and microservice experience
• Knowledge of relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong emphasis on automated testing

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang, including RESTful APIs
• Implement and manage asynchronous, event-driven communication with reliable messaging
• Design and develop distributed systems and microservices for scalability and maintainability
• Optimize performance, reliability, and resource usage in production
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decisions
• Conduct code reviews and promote knowledge sharing
• Write unit and integration tests for APIs and services
• Build secure APIs and integrations with identity management
• Create integrations with enterprise platforms and external systems
