Job summary

Aqualis Group is seeking a seasoned geotechnical leader to deliver geotechnical engineering and consultancy assignments across Poland and globally. You will provide technical leadership on complex projects, oversee project teams, and manage contracts and client engagements.

The role requires leading multidisciplinary teams, scoping offshore geotechnical investigations, and ensuring deliverables meet policy and procedural standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience in offshore geotechnical engineering.
• Proven track record in business development and securing new work.
• Experience leading complex geotechnical projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of offshore foundation design, project delivery, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical engineering and related work packages and projects.
• Provide expert advisory services and strategic guidance to clients.
• Build and nurture client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead complex proposals and contract negotiations with third-party suppliers.
• Provide training and mentoring to staff in technical and project management aspects.
• Oversee geotechnical analyses including pile capacity and driveability assessments.
