Job summary

Neuralgo Software India Private Limited is seeking a seasoned ML/GenAI engineer for a fully remote role to build scalable training and deployment pipelines. You will design and optimize generative AI models using RAG, transformers, and related methods, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in generative AI, strong Python, and experience with Git, Docker, Linux, and AWS. You will contribute to production-grade ML systems, stay current with research, and help

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, ML, AI or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields.
• Experience building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring performance.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Familiarity with RAG and other generative-model techniques.
• Extensive experience with Git, Docker and Linux for managing servers.
• Experience with cloud ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop generative AI models using RAG, transformers, and other relevant approaches.
• Fine-tune pre-trained LLMs for tasks and domains.
• Conduct research on new techniques for improving generative AI model performance.
• Apply software engineering rigor and best practices to ML/GenAI pipelines.
• Evaluate and analyse the performance of ML/generative AI models.
• Stay up to date on the latest advancements in generative AI research.
• Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept Generative AI systems.
