Job summary

ALTEN Polska seeks a Senior Data Engineer (AI/GCP) to design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions on Google Cloud. You will build AI agents, optimize prompts, and integrate models with backend systems, ensuring security and observability.

The role requires English and Polish (min B2) and hands-on experience with GCP services, LangChain, and MLOps. Remote work with occasional visits to Katowice is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Generative AI, LLM, or related fields.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2) and Polish (minimum B2).
• Solid understanding of LLM architecture, AI agent development, and cloud-native integrations.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI security, and operational monitoring.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
• Knowledge of LLMOps / MLOps, Langfuse, and AgentCore.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI solutions using Google Gemini and Anthropic models tailored to business use cases.
• Build and evolve AI agents to automate actions and support business processes.
• Integrate AI models with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Create and optimize prompts and usage scenarios to enhance model response quality.
• Analyze and improve the quality, relevance, and stability of LLM outputs.
• Implement security and control mechanisms, including input/output validation and hallucination reduction.
• Work in the Google Cloud Platform environment with Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions.
• Utilize tools for AI monitoring and analysis (e.g., Langfuse).
• Test, debug, and optimize LLM-based solutions.
