Job summary

N-iX is seeking two AI Automation Engineers to automate and scale internal helpdesk operations using Generative AI, N8N, and AWS. You will design, build, and maintain production-grade AI systems that streamline support and issue resolution across teams.

The role blends prompt design, workflow automation, and cloud platform engineering to deliver reliable end-to-end automation with strong collaboration across Support, IT, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with LLMs, prompt design, and AI integration patterns.
• Hands-on with Generative AI models and tools.
• Cloud platform engineering experience, preferably AWS.
• Experience automating workflows with Jira and Slack.
• Hands-on with N8N automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable GenAI solutions using N8N and AWS.
• Develop and enhance AI helpdesk bot built on N8N.
• Collaborate with Support, IT, and Engineering to align automation with business goals.
• Implement infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across integrated systems to maintain end-to-end automation.
