Job summary

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect/Consultant to lead the Generative AI Technologies team. The role requires deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, MCP, and RAG, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions.

The candidate will shape strategy, select models and tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• Senior architect/consultant with Generative AI and agentic design expertise.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and MCP interoperability.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generative and Agentic AI technology roadmap and strategy.
• Evaluate models, frameworks, RAG strategies, and MCP integration.
• Design end-to-end architectures for data preprocessing, training, deployment.
• Define reusable agent architecture patterns and tool integration standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy production solutions.
• Continuously optimize speed, accuracy, and resource use.
• Assess outcomes against success criteria and iterate accordingly.
• Work with customer teams to define requirements and SLAs.
• Mentor junior team members and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay updated on latest GenAI trends and standards.
