Job summary

LSEG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product management for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications across our ecosystem. Qualifications

• Significant Product Management experience within FX post-trade, workflow automation or capital markets technology environments.
• Strong understanding of FX post-trade lifecycle processes and operational workflows.
• Experience with STP, back-office reconciliation and trade surveillance in post-trade products.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap and execution for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications.
• Drive workflow innovation and operational scalability across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Partner with Strategy teams to align priorities to business goals while owning scope and delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX and Delivery to define requirements and prioritise work.
• Lead discovery with clients and stakeholders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Manage backlogs, epics and user stories across agile squads and delivery teams.
• Ensure connectivity across pre-, at-, and post-trade workflows and integrate workflow solutions.
