Job summary

LSEG seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead FX post-trade workflows and Workspace solutions across the FX ecosystem. You will identify customer needs, shape priorities, and deliver scalable, integrated post-trade capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define a product roadmap and drive adoption.

The role requires strong experience in FX post-trade workflows, product discovery, execution and agile delivery, with focus on STP, back-office reconciliation and trade surveillance

Qualifications

• Experience in FX post-trade workflows and lifecycle processes.
• Proven track record in product discovery, execution and agile delivery.
• Familiarity with STP, back-office reconciliation and trade surveillance.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product roadmap for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications.
• Drive workflow innovation and scalability across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Proposition, Strategy, Engineering, UX and Delivery teams to define requirements and priorities.
• Lead discovery activities with clients and stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Manage product backlogs, epics and user stories across agile squads.
• Ensure seamless connectivity across pre-trade, at-trade and post-trade workflows.
• Support go-to-market readiness and adoption through collaboration with commercial and proposition teams.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption and performance for continuous improvement.
• Communicate roadmap progress and strategic direction to senior stakeholders.
