Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Product Manager to own FX post-trade workflows and Workspace applications. You will drive workflow automation and scalability across the post-trade lifecycle, aligning priorities with business goals and delivering prioritized roadmaps.

You will collaborate with engineering, UX and delivery teams, lead agile execution, and manage backlogs, epics and user stories. Stakeholder engagement and API-driven integration will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Significant PM experience in FX post-trade, workflow automation or capital markets tech.
• Strong understanding of FX post-trade lifecycle and operational workflows.
• Experience with STP, back-office reconciliation and trade surveillance.
• Familiarity with API-driven workflow orchestration and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven agile/Scrum delivery experience leading squads and backlogs.
• Ability to translate user needs into roadmaps and delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap and execution for FX post-trade workflows and Workspace apps.
• Drive workflow innovation and scalability across the post-trade lifecycle.
• Align product priorities with business goals and own scope, prioritisation, delivery.
• Collaborate with Proposition, Engineering, UX and Delivery teams to define requirements and lead agile execution.
• Lead discovery with clients and stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities.
• Manage product backlogs, epics and user stories across agile squads.
• Ensure connectivity across pre-trade, at-trade and post-trade workflows.
• Support integrated workflow solutions spanning trade affirmation, notification, surveillance and ops.
• Support go-to-market readiness, adoption and feedback loops.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption and product performance.
• Communicate roadmap progress and strategic directions to senior leadership.
