Job summary

Bluecrux helps global clients transform end-to-end supply chain planning with advanced technology and deep expertise. We seek a Senior Functional OMP Consultant to translate complex challenges into robust OMP solutions and lead planning projects for international clients.

You will design, test and implement OMP models, collaborate with business and IT stakeholders, and support clients through go-live in a hybrid, globally traveling role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting or APS implementations.
• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with OMP (OPR/S&OP/DP modules).
• Willingness to travel globally and work in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to supply chain planning projects from design to implementation.
• Analyze and redesign planning processes (demand planning, supply planning, S&OP / IBP).
• Translate business needs into functional and technical OMP solutions.
• Configure, test and implement planning models in OMP.
• Collaborate with business teams to validate OMP solutions through unit testing, SIT and UAT.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and align with business, IT and data stakeholders.
• Support clients during go live and adoption phases.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
