Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years experience in retail-systems functional consulting.
Expertise in Symphony GOLD or equivalent SCM solutions (ordering, store operations, mobile, forecasting/replenishment).
Proven track record leading functional design for major migrations or re-implementations.
Strong workshop facilitation and customer-facing design documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead future-state functional design for GOLD V6 migrations across domains (ordering, store ops, mobile, forecasting/replenishment).
Develop and ensure quality of functional design documentation, gap analyses, and migration deliverables.
Resolve functional design queries among customer business teams, technical leads, and product teams.
Plan and facilitate on-site and remote customer design workshops.
Guide customer key users through functional validation cycles during migration.
Assist with test scoping, UAT preparation, and cutover readiness from a functional perspective.
