Symphony Industrial AI, Inc. in Poznań is seeking an Integration Consultant to lead the integration and master-data workstream for a tier-1 Nordic grocery account on Symphony GOLD, enabling senior staff to focus on new delivery programs.

You will own API-based integration, including Kafka event streams and the GOLD V6 master-data operations, onboarding through a bounded, structured knowledge-transfer plan with target autonomy by Q4 2026.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of integration-focused engineering experience on enterprise retail or SCM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Symphony GOLD and GOLD GMD modules.
• API integration skills including Kafka-based event streaming.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL and interface troubleshooting capability.
• Fluent English and CET-overlapping availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate and extend the account's API integration landscape, including Kafka-based event streams.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents across interfaces, messaging, and batch layers.
• Deliver integration changes within the account's contracted scope.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Integration Consultant to take over the integration and master-data workstream of a tier-1 Nordic grocery account on Symphony GOLD, releasing senior solution-architect capacity to new delivery programs.

The role owns API-based integration (including Kafka event streams) and in-depth GOLD V6 master-data (GMD) operations for the account, onboarding through a structured, bounded knowledge-transfer plan from the current senior owner. This position is the enabler for the delivery pipeline: its successful ramp-up directly unlocks senior staffing for signed and incoming programs.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Delivery

Operate and extend the account's API integration landscape, including Kafka-based event integration and the platform's integration/escalation framework.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve integration incidents across interfaces, messaging, and batch layers.

Deliver integration changes and enhancements within the account's contracted scope.

Master Data (GMD)

Own in-depth GOLD V6 master-data module operations: data flows, validation, issue resolution, and change delivery.

Support master-data-dependent streams (integration lifts, recall processes, transition activities) on the account.

Knowledge Transfer & Ramp-Up

Complete a structured KT plan from the current senior owner within the agreed ramp-up window (target autonomy by Q4 2026).

Document taken-over scope to a standard that survives further team changes.

Coordinate with the account's delivery team and represent the workstream toward customer contacts in English.

Qualifications

4+ years of integration-focused engineering experience on enterprise retail or SCM platforms.

Hands-on experience with Symphony GOLD or an equivalent renowned, market-established and referenceable SCM solution; in-depth master-data module knowledge (GOLD GMD or equivalent).

API integration skills including Kafka-based event streaming.

Strong SQL/PL-SQL and interface troubleshooting capability.

Proven ability to take over a running workstream through structured knowledge transfer and reach autonomy within an agreed window.

Fluent English; CET-overlapping availability.

Preferred Qualifications

Nordic retail account exposure.

GOLD V6 experience specifically.

Experience in contracted-envelope delivery models (FTE-based account teams).
