Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering with strong .NET backend experience.
• Experience leading a delivery-focused engineering team.
• Hands-on Azure deployment (AKS, Azure SQL, Storage, networking).
• Proficient with containerized apps and Kubernetes.
• Strong CI/CD experience, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6 engineers, owning delivery, quality, and direction.
• Partner with stakeholders for planning, prioritization, and resources.
• Contribute hands-on 30–40% in .NET backend development.
• Contribute 30–40% hands-on in PowerShell and Azure DevOps tooling.
• Design cloud-native apps deployed to AKS and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Terraform and Crossplane to define infrastructure.
• Ensure production readiness: security, observability, reliability, performance.
• Mentor engineers and uphold high engineering standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and drive incident resolution.
