Qualifications

• 5+ years of frontend web development experience, including 2+ years in a formal Tech Lead role.
• Advanced TypeScript knowledge and fluency in modern ECMAScript standards.
• Strong understanding of Web Components, accessibility, and cross-browser development.
• Solid knowledge of architecture patterns, OOP, SOLID, and component-based design.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day technical execution and design decisions for frontend features.
• Provide hands-on coding, code reviews, and mentor engineers to maintain high quality.
• Define and enforce code quality standards, testing, branching, and release practices.
