Job summary

Solid, a leading bank technology division, seeks a seasoned backend developer to join a new product analytics platform. You will design, implement and support Go-based services and Web APIs across the full software delivery lifecycle.

You will collaborate with internal technology customers, work in a hybrid model at Cracow, and contribute to a modern tech stack including Node.js/React components as needed. 7+ years of backend experience and strong SQL skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong Go expertise and building Web APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL design.
• Experience with SDLC processes and Git.
• Ability to communicate with internal customers.

Responsibilities

• Participating in software architecture design.
• Implementing solutions in Go according to best design patterns.
• Contributing to supporting services in Node.js and front-end components in React where needed.
• Analysing requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements.

Job description

The role sits within the Product Management Practice team of a global bank's technology division. The team is building a product analytics and telemetry platform that enables teams to instrument their applications, collect high-quality behavioural and performance signals, and turn them into actionable insights on adoption, user journeys, and user satisfaction. You will join a newly formed team and work closely with internal technology customers to understand and meet their needs, delivering and supporting products across the full software delivery lifecycle: inception, construction, testing, release and ongoing management.

What you will do?

• Participating in software architecture design
• Implementing solutions in Go according to best design patterns
• Contributing to supporting services in Node.js and front-end components in React where needed
• Analysing requirements to fully understand solutions and recommend improvements
• Creating comprehensive and clear documentation for developed solutions
