Job summary

your Jared is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to design and build high-performance web applications using NestJS, Node.js, NextJS and TypeScript, delivering scalable features and secure APIs. You will lead architecture decisions, enforce code quality, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, QA and design to unblock delivery while driving performance, observability, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fullstack development with NestJS, Node.js, NextJS, and TypeScript.
• Strong PostgreSQL data modeling and optimization.
• Experience building REST APIs with JWT-based auth.
• Ability to lead architecture decisions and mentor teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and environment management (K8s/ArgoCD bonus).
• Frontend performance optimization (SSR, lazy loading, state mgmt).
• Clear written/async communication in distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to backend and frontend systems with scalable features.
• Lead architecture decisions across services and APIs.
• Enforce code quality and CI/CD reliability; support DevOps.
• Define logging/alerting standards and incident response.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and design to unblock delivery.
