Job summary

Software Mind Poland is seeking a talented JavaScript/TypeScript developer to join a Scrum team on a greenfield project. You will build scalable UI components with React and contribute to server-side microservices using NestJS and PostgreSQL.

Ideal candidates have ~5 years of JS/TS development, Redux expertise, strong Jest testing skills, and a focus on secure, high-quality code. Hybrid work in Poland is offered within an international environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years of development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Proficient in building responsive UI with React (WCAG compliant).
• Deep Redux knowledge and experience.
• Designing microservices with NestJS and PostgreSQL using clean code patterns.
• Secure applications following OWASP guidelines.
• Experience with unit testing using Jest.

Expectations – the experience you need

• Approximately 5 years of development experience using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in building responsive and advanced UI components compliant with WCAG standards using React, ensuring applications are well‑performant and optimized for mobile devices or weak internet connection.
• Deep knowledge of Redux.
• Proven knowledge in designing and implementing microservices with NestJS and PostgreSQL, applying clean code principles and design patterns.
• Ensuring applications are secure to the highest industry standards and resistant to cyber attacks, following OWASP guidelines.
• Strong experience with unit testing using Jest to meet high quality standards.

This role requires candidates to be based in the European Union.
