Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Engineer based in Poland to own end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. You will work with React/TypeScript on the frontend and Node.js on the services layer, leveraging AWS and PostgreSQL in an AI-enabled, autonomous pod.

You will contribute to architecture, write tests (Playwright), and drive delivery with strong ownership, collaboration, and documentation. This is a remote, full-time role with growth toward leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building production web software across frontend and backend.
• Experience delivering production features from requirements through deployment and ongoing operation.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js, React, or equivalent tech, across the full stack.
• Relational databases experience, especially PostgreSQL.
• Experience with AWS and event-driven or distributed backend architectures.
• Testing discipline with unit and end-to-end tests (Playwright).
• Experience using AI coding tools in daily work.
• Ability to work in regulated domains is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills across teams.
• Willingness to contribute across frontend, backend, data, testing, and cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end to end from clarification to production and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate needs into buildable solutions.
• Develop full stack with React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js backend on AWS.
• Write and maintain tests including Playwright end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and clean engineering practices.
• Leverage AI coding tools and AI-assisted QA to raise velocity and quality.
• Document decisions, estimates, and changes for the team.
• Provide technical leadership within the pod through ownership and knowledge sharing.
• Support and operate the software in production, including incident follow-up.
