Raiffeisen Tech Poland invites you to join our international banking team as a Full Stack Developer. You will work on Java-based components, contribute to the corporate banking solutions, and collaborate with QA in an international environment.

The role emphasizes DevOps practices, CI/CD, containerization, and security. You’ll use Java, Angular, PostgreSQL, and API technologies while applying Agile methods with Git, Jira and Jenkins.

• Develop, test, document Java-based software components;
• Conduct code reviews and security assessments;
• Plan and support releases;
• Work closely with Quality Assurance to ensure high quality of delivery;
• Bring a DevOps mindset to the full development lifecycle: coding standards, testing, documentation, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and security best practices.

Your core competences

• Hands-on experience in backend development with Java;
• Strong Angular knowledge;
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and familiarity with established design patterns;
• Prior experience with DB, PostgreSQL and other database tooling;
• Solid command of API technologies;
• Practical experience in Banking Business, in particular in cover pool management (mortgage and public, lending) are a plus;
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools: Git, Jira, Jenkins.
