Job summary

GFT Poland in Kraków seeks a Senior Fullstack Consultant (Java + React) to join a hybrid team delivering onboarding platform components for corporate clients. You will develop scalable backend and frontend features, design RESTful APIs, and contribute to performance, security, and reliability initiatives.

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, bridging Java and React expertise with CI/CD practices, automated testing, and platform improvements while supporting production on

Qualifications

• Must have strong Java 8+ knowledge and React JS experience.
• Experience debugging and extending existing applications.
• Understanding of microservices and REST API design.
• Experience with automated tests and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of application security practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java.
• Build modern frontend features using React.
• Extend existing functionalities and fix issues in the codebase.
• Design and implement REST APIs in a microservices architecture.
• Write automated tests to ensure quality and reliability.
• Collaborate in CI/CD processes and deployments.
• Implement security best practices across services and endpoints.
• Improve application performance and production stability.
• Participate in platform and process improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

You will work on a modern client onboarding platform for Global Banking and Markets, building a seamless and user-friendly experience for corporate and institutional clients. The role focuses on developing scalable solutions, improving performance and stability, and contributing to innovative initiatives that enhance customer experience and streamline onboarding processes.
