Qualifications

• Strong Java development skills and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Shape overall system architecture and align with enterprise standards.

• Define coding standards and patterns for all teams.
• Set code quality and security benchmarks across squads.

• Lead incident response and define stability patterns.
• Create high-level system maps and data flow docs for auditors.
• Lead technical communities of practice to spread knowledge.
• Partner with business leaders to align tech investments with value.
