Job summary

Brightstar Lottery in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Full Stack Developer III to research, design and implement complex software across frontend and backend, with a focus on scalable services and cross‑platform UI. You will lead technical efforts, mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of related experience.
Experience with cross‑platform UI development frameworks.
Proficiency in backend development and service‑oriented architecture.
Experience with frontend web technologies.
Strong understanding of design patterns and architecture principles.
Experience with unit, integration, and UI testing.
Knowledge of REST and TCP-based communication.
Experience with distributed systems and transactional workflows.
Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

Read and evaluate RFPs and proposals.
Train and oversee more junior Software Engineers.
Research, define, present and recommend software designs and/or alternative strategies.
Lead team in determining customer requirements and assist team in providing solutions.
Perform critical design reviews.
Act as a technical resource and liaison across the company.
Maintain expert proficiency in software maintenance.
