Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent.
- Advanced software engineering knowledge required.
- Experience leading engineering teams a plus.
Responsibilities
- Research, conceptualize and develop new or complex technologies and their applications.
- Lead software design and run projects at the process level.
- Mentor mid-level engineers and act as Technical Lead on key projects.
- Initiate and lead engineering teams on new product development.
- Define and present software designs and strategies to stakeholders.
- Align customer requirements with technical solutions.
- Provide methodologies and troubleshooting guidance to engineers.
- Interface with other company units on technical and non-technical matters.
