Job summary

Capgemini Polska is looking for a senior full-stack software engineer to shape backend architecture with Laravel and Statamic CMS. You will build CMS-driven platforms, optimize performance, and ensure secure, scalable deployments across AWS/Azure, Docker, and orchestration tooling.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate across teams, maintain CMS content workflows, and contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices while working in Kraków. Fluent English (B2+) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.
• Advanced PHP and Laravel experience in application structuring, debugging and optimization.
• At least 3 years with Statamic CMS.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and server administration.
• CMS-based solution development including content modelling and editorial workflows.
• Knowledge of web servers (Nginx/Apache) and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), containers (Docker) and orchestration concepts.
• Good command of English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications with emphasis on backend architecture and CMS integration.
• Build and optimize CMS-driven platforms, including content modelling and workflows.
• Develop and maintain Laravel-based apps with clean architecture and secure auth.
• Integrate CMS solutions with broader app and platform architecture.
• Collaborate on cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) for portability and reliability.
• Work with containers/orchestration for modern deployments.
• Ensure performance, secure coding, and scalable systems.
• Contribute to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support integration between application layer and infrastructure components.
