Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to manage deployment of a Java backend on AWS, with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager integration and REST services. The role is hybrid and based in Cracow, involving production hosting, CI/CD, and security enhancements.

You will ensure data residency compliance, implement IaC, monitor performance, and collaborate with frontend teams to deliver a robust CMS dashboard. Strong English and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• At least 2 years of experience in AEM-related environments.
• Strong expertise in AWS.
• Familiarity with REST services and Docker.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Leading the deployment of a Java-based backend solution to production hosting on AWS.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and data residency requirements.
• Implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code for efficient deployment processes.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Enhancing security measures and ensuring the application meets quality and security standards.
• Developing and maintaining REST services to support frontend applications.
• Collaborating with frontend developers to integrate the CMS dashboard with backend services.
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members throughout the development process.
