Capgemini Polska is seeking a senior Java developer to lead the design and development of robust interfaces and APIs. You will work across frontend (Angular, TypeScript) and backend (Java, Spring) with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and secure architectures.

You will collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, mentor teams, and drive cross-functional feature development in a hybrid setup with modern offices and home-working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Java development experience with Spring/Spring Boot.
• Strong front-end with Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx.
• Solid UI/UX understanding and architecture skills.
• Hands-on in DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS.
• Experience with microservices, Kafka, and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of user interfaces using Angular.
• Architect and maintain RESTful APIs with Java/Spring.
• Optimize frontend/backend performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and deployment.
• Mentor teams and drive feature development across disciplines.
• Manage complex bug fixes ensuring stability and security.
