Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Wroclaw is seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer to join a team building a scalable finance and accounting platform.

You will design, implement, and operate API-first services in Java, mentor engineers, and collaborate with distributed teams to ensure reliability and security in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Modernize accounting platform capabilities by building scalable services for high-volume data processing workflows.
• Build a multi-tenant, cloud-based accounting platform capable of real-time and batch data ingest.
• Design, build, test, deploy, and operate scalable API-driven services in Java with SQL/NoSQL databases on Azure and on-prem platforms.
• Evolve legacy platform capabilities into modern cloud-ready, API-first services.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and uphold quality, resiliency, and maintainability.
