Job summary

5Blue Software is seeking a senior full-stack software engineer for its Edgewise platform. You will join a cutting-edge AI-native development group building cloud-edge software, automation, and optimization applications for leading-tier cellular network operators.

You will design and implement high-performance systems, own end-to-end delivery, and collaborate across cross-functional teams in an international remote setup.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as full-stack developer (5+ years backend, 3+ years frontend)
• Long-term involvement in projects (2+ years)
• Fluent English communication
• Strong server-side tech: Java/Kotlin
• Expert in modern JavaScript technologies (Vue.js/React)
• Proficient in Microservices and Spring Boot
• Solid HTML5/CSS3 and responsive design
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs integration
• Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Experience building large-scale platforms
• SQL (MySQL, Postgres) and/or NoSQL (Vertica) databases
• Cloud development and deployment (AWS, GCP or Azure)
• AI coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, Copilot) in SDLC
• Self-driven, team player
• Degree in CS/SE

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to solve Cellular Networks problems
• Design and implement complex algorithms
• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems
