Job summary

Relativity Poland is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the aiR Assist Platform team. You will shape the frontend architecture behind Relativity's AI products by building reusable UI infrastructure, enabling composable micro-frontends, and creating a seamless developer experience.

You will work at the center of frontend modularization efforts, unifying experiences across AI chat products and contributing to AI context flows across host applications and embedded experiences.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of frontend development for large-scale web apps or enterprise platforms.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React with modern patterns.
• Experience building reusable UI infrastructure and shared libraries.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, performant frontend infrastructure using React, TypeScript, PrimeReact, and internal design systems.
• Advance the organization’s micro-frontend strategy with web components and composable delivery.
• Evolve shared context registries and postMessage-based communication for AI context sharing.
• Drive modularization with clean boundaries, libraries, code-splitting, and Nx monorepo best practices.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs with WCAG standards and cross‑device support.
• Collaborate with UX, product, and backend teams to deliver consistent experiences with OpenAPI and AI services.
• Define and promote engineering standards for testing, performance, and frontend quality.
• Own automated testing practices using Vitest, Playwright, and Storybook-driven components.
• Improve CI/CD through CDN delivery, quality gates, and conventional commits.
• Mentor engineers and lead frontend platform initiatives.
• Explore AI-driven enhancements for internal tools and platform experiences.
