Job summary

Jit Team is offering a hybrid DevOps role based in Gdańsk, Poland, with 2–3 days in the office. The job focuses on building scalable infrastructure for loan processing, automating workflows, and improving end-to-end processes in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

You will work closely with development and operations teams, leveraging cloud technologies, scripting, and monitoring tools to optimize performance and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field.
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Salary: 900-1000 PLN/day on B2B Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk (2/3 days per week from the office)
