Mimica is an AI-powered process intelligence platform. We’re a remote-first, globally distributed team solving complex problems with end-to-end ownership of features.

You’ll join the Mapper Team to develop data-visualisation tooling, interfaces for editing graph data, and to train AI models with user input. We seek engineers with 8+ years of experience, deep React knowledge, strong performance optimization, and a commitment to high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong React and front-end architecture skills.
• Deep front-end performance optimization knowledge.
• Understanding of data-intensive applications.
• Basic backend to add API endpoints."
• Maintain high engineering standards and well-documented code.
• End-to-end project ownership from design to deployment.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-visualisation apps for large data properties with scalability in mind.
• Build real-time frontend interfaces to edit graph data and retrain AI models.
• Own projects end-to-end within small cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and document implementations.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Provide feedback through RFCs and code reviews.
