Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic, self-organizing team delivering core frontend functionality for Employee Service products, with potential Ruby backend tasks.
• Contribute across the software lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment and operations.
• Take ownership of features and bug fixes, working independently on well-defined tasks and collaborating on complex problems.
• Participate in prototyping, code reviews and rapid deployment cycles to keep the codebase robust.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and help develop automated tests to prevent regressions.
• Handle incoming product requests from internal teams and be on-call as needed.
