Job summary

Zendesk Poland in Krakow is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Employee Services org. You will work on core frontend functionality for ES products and may contribute to Ruby backend tasks.

You will participate in all phases of the software lifecycle, own features and fixes, review code, prototype, and help with automated tests. The role supports hybrid work with in-office days in Krakow, two times per week.

Qualifications

• Experience building frontend applications with React or similar frameworks.
• Ability to own features from design to deployment and testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend features for Employee Services with React, with some Ruby backend tasks.
• Contribute across design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operations.
• Participate in code reviews, prototyping, and automated tests.
• Be on-call to handle product requests from internal teams.
