Job summary

GFT Poland is seeking an Expert Frontend Consultant in Kraków to design and build large-scale financial services platforms. This hybrid role involves collaborating with global teams to deliver scalable React, Node.js and TypeScript solutions while embracing AI-assisted development and Cypress testing.

You will contribute to digital transformation, data integration and modernization efforts, translating business needs into solid technical designs and maintaining high delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with React, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Cypress.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development.
• Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals.
• Strong knowledge of modern software development practices and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Openness to work hybrid from Kraków 3 days a week.

Responsibilities
