Job summary

Shiji Group is seeking a frontend engineer to develop parts of a distributed system for the hospitality industry. You will work on features enabling reservations, payments and hotel services across microservices, with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.

You will collaborate with UI/UX teams, participate in CI/CD with GitLab, and ensure quality through tests and code reviews while adopting SOLID design principles.

Qualifications

• Experience with React and React Hooks.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Jest/Enzyme, and Web Components.
• Interest in testing, review and code quality.
• General awareness of web application performance best practices.
• Ember experience is nice to have but not required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining software features based on visual mockups and UX descriptions.
• Writing tests.
• Contributing to the infrastructure that the team leverages for development.
• Code reviewing.
