Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript) to design and implement enterprise-scale front-end features in Poland. You will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality components, maintain libraries, and collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver robust front-end systems.

The role emphasizes React.js and TypeScript proficiency, experience with modern front-end architecture, and active participation in Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 6 years hands-on React.js development.
• Strong TypeScript experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale front-end applications.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript and modern front-end technologies.
• Implement approved UI/UX designs in line with the established Design System and development standards.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries.
• Collaborate with Senior UI/UX and Front-End specialists to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Position: Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript)

Senior Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript)

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript and modern front-end technologies
• Implement approved UI/UX designs in line with the established Design System and development standards
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries
• Collaborate closely with Senior UI/UX and Front-End specialists to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and backend microservices
• Support compliance with web accessibility standards, including WCAG
• Identify and raise potential usability, consistency and design issues during implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for front-end components
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, refinement sessions and other Agile ceremonies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 6 years of hands‑on React.js development
• Strong practical experience with React.js and TypeScript
• Experience developing enterprise-scale front-end applications
• Good understanding of modern front-end architecture and component-based development
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API or similar technologies
• Ability to work with UI/UX designs and tools such as Figma, translating designs into accurate front-end implementations
• Experience integrating applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Basic knowledge of WCAG and web accessibility principles
• Experience with automated front-end testing, including unit and integration testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Micro Frontend architecture, particularly Module Federation
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience working in financial services, banking or transfer agency environments
• Previous experience working with enterprise-level design systems
