Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (React/TypeScript) to design and implement front-end features for enterprise-scale applications. You will translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code, build reusable components, and collaborate with UI/UX and backend teams.

You will work with REST/GraphQL APIs, maintain tests, and ensure WCAG compliance. The role requires strong React/TypeScript experience and English fluency in a dynamic recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 6 years hands-on React.js development.
• Strong practical experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Experience developing enterprise-scale front-end applications.
• Good understanding of modern front-end architecture and component-based development.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API or similar technologies.
• Ability to work with UI/UX designs and tools such as Figma, translating designs into accurate front-end implementations.
• Experience integrating applications with REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Basic knowledge of WCAG and web accessibility principles.
• Experience with automated front-end testing, including unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized application environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with designers, developers and other stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end features using React.js, TypeScript and modern front-end technologies
• Implement approved UI/UX designs in line with the established Design System and development standards
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries
• Collaborate closely with Senior UI/UX and Front-End specialists to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of designs
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL APIs and backend microservices
• Support compliance with web accessibility standards, including WCAG
• Identify and raise potential usability, consistency and design issues during implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI defects and production issues
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests for front-end components
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, refinement sessions and other Agile ceremonies
