Atos SE is seeking a hands-on Front-End Engineer to act as a technical reference for a high-traffic, event-driven web platform. You will build, maintain, and improve the codebase, while contributing to architecture decisions and team growth.

You will lead frontend architecture discussions, mentor developers, and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and CDN configurations. This hybrid role offers flexible office usage and diverse learning opportunities.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will be a hands‑on front‑end engineer and technical reference for a high‑traffic, event‑driven web platform. This role is grounded in active development — building, maintaining, and improving the codebase — while also contributing to architecture decisions, code quality standards, and the growth of the team around you.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to front‑end architecture decisions and help shape the technical direction of the platform
• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and manage alignment pull requests across branches
• Monitor and investigate performance issues to ensure reliability under peak event‑driven loads; support CDN configuration (Akamai) in collaboration with the DevOps/Ops team
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins) alongside the DevOps/Ops team
• Act as a technical reference for complex engineering challenges
• Work within Agile workflows using GitHub, Azure DevOps, and JIRA; align technical execution with project goals

Requirements

• 7+ years in Front‑End Development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior technical role
• Experience contributing to front‑end architecture decisions and defining code quality standards
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / Jenkins) and performance monitoring at scale (Azure Portal, Akamai or equivalent CDN)
• Solid experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps Services; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
• Track record of mentoring developers and leading code reviews
• Fluent English (spoken and written); availability to travel every 3 months for 2–3 days

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of C#, Razor, Stencil, Tailwind CSS, Rsbuild, or Vite
• Experience with dependency automation (Renovate) and CDN configuration
• Background in high‑traffic, event‑driven or sports‑related web platforms
