You will build and maintain platform-wide React libraries, drive scalable front-end components, and collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliver robust user experiences. Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional front-end experience with React.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and CSS expertise.
• Experience building scalable front-end libraries and packages.
• Experience in financial services or banking domain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain platform-wide React libraries and components aligned with the Bank’s Design System.
• Implement and optimize generic functionalities and innovative technical solutions for front-end teams.
• Write and sustain comprehensive unit and end-to-end tests to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure consistency, performance, and accessibility standards are upheld across all solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional platform teams and UI/UX designers to refine components and share best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to product teams utilizing the platform solutions.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation for developed components and functionalities.
