Emerson in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Developer to contribute across the full software lifecycle, shaping scalable, high‑performing web apps with TypeScript and Angular. You will work with a global cross‑functional team to drive design, implementation, testing, and ongoing enhancements.

You will partner with UX, product management, backend, and quality teams, guiding architecture decisions, building reusable components, and ensuring accessibility and performance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience developing complex web applications at a senior level.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, semantic HTML, CSS, and Sass.
• Experience with Angular architecture, reusable components, reactive forms, routing, DI, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with NgRx Store/Effects/selectors and entity-based state management.
• Experience with Angular Material/CDK or similar frameworks for accessible UIs.
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience implementing automated unit/integration/component/end-to-end testing.
• Experience integrating frontend with REST APIs including auth, errors, and async data.
• Experience troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and supporting releases.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, secure frontend development, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, package management, build tools, and CI/CD.
• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• English and Polish at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze requirements and translate them into accessible frontend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web apps using TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decisions with architects and teams.
• Build reusable components aligned with design systems and standards.
• Integrate frontend apps with REST APIs and distributed backend services.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, component, e2e).
• Improve performance, accessibility, security, responsiveness, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Contribute to backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
• Support IP creation/protection through innovative software.
• Collaborate with UX designers, Product, backend, QA, and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to documentation, engineering standards, tooling, and improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Program Increment Planning or cross‑team planning with technical insights.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to support planning.
• Provide technical leadership and coordination across complex development activities.
• Share feedback to support team growth and development.
• Partner with tech leadership on team development and capability building.
• Perform other responsibilities within the scope of the role.
