Emerson Electric Co in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Developer to join the Reliability Solutions team. You will contribute across the full software lifecycle, designing and delivering scalable web applications using TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, HTML and CSS.

You will collaborate with UX, Product, backend engineers, QA, and stakeholders, lead frontend architecture decisions, build reusable components, and ensure accessibility, performance, and reliability across platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience developing complex web applications and contributing at a senior technical level.
• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, semantic HTML, CSS, and Sass.
• Experience with Angular architecture, reusable components, reactive forms, routing, DI, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with NgRx Store, Effects, selectors, and entity-based state management.
• Experience developing accessible and reusable UIs using Angular Material/CDK or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of scalable frontend architecture, responsive design, browser behavior, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience implementing automated unit, integration, component, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience integrating frontend with REST APIs (auth, errors, async data).
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and secure frontend practices.
• Experience with Git, code reviews, build tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience delivering software using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• English and Polish proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze customer and product requirements and translate them into accessible frontend solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using TypeScript, Angular, RxJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and technical decision-making with architects and teams.
• Build reusable components and libraries aligned with design systems and standards.
• Integrate frontend with REST APIs and distributed backend services.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, component, e2e).
• Enhance performance, accessibility, security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Support backlog refinement, estimation, sprint planning, and delivery.
• Collaborate with UX, Product, backend, QA, and stakeholders throughout development.
• Contribute to technical docs, standards, and tooling; support cross-team planning.
