Fresenius Medical Care AG in Wrocław is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to drive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses across units and products. You will develop financial models, prepare management reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Academic degree in Economics or Finance.
• 8–10 years FP&A experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and intercultural skills.
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost center controlling.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare budgets and forecasts for the company’s organizational units and monitor their implementation to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Analyze deviations from budget and forecast, providing clear insights into underlying drivers
• Develop financial models and business cases for investments, tenders, and commercial opportunities
• Support profitability analyses across units, products, and customer segments to identify improvement opportunities
• Create and present management reports and presentations focused on commercial performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure SOP compliance

Conocimientos

Fluent in English

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance

Accounting certifications (CPA/ACCA/CIMA)
