Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Business Services Poland) is seeking a senior finance professional to lead complex accounting analyses, budgeting, and forecasting. The role focuses on delivering accurate management reporting, ensuring control over balance sheet reconciliations, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in finance analysis, experience with BI tools, and a strong grasp of financial statements and accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 years performing finance analysis.
• Experience in working with a service delivery model environment.
• Experience in working with BI systems.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Maintaining governance in balance sheet reconciliations and audit trails.

Your Daily Tasks May Include

• executing complex managerial accounting & reporting actuals and planning tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addressing open issues independently and supporting resolution
• safeguarding the quality of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation process by maintaining effective governance in place
• performing complex analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and benchmarking of key performance indicators with external and internal peers and explaining variances
• analyzing financial data and providing valuable business insights to ensure fact-based decisions
• ensuring adequate and dedicated support to responsible Business Controller
• defining and coordinating preparation of relevant organization planning, budgeting and forecasting in line with local & global governance. validating accuracy of plan data and business information and reports by performing reconciliation and review of exceptions
• ensuring processes and controls within own area of responsibility are designed and implemented in line with Group and unit requirements
• maintaining proper audit trail and documentation, ensuring SOPs are prepared and updated, ensuring service delivery is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience including minimum 5 year performing finance analysis
• experience of working in service delivery model environment
• experience in working with BI systems
• very good understanding of financial statement and accounting principles.
