Job summary

Aras Corporation is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team in Poland. You will partner with senior leaders to translate roadmaps into budgets, headcount plans, and investment decisions.

The role centers on planning, budgeting, and decision support for a technology organization at the executive level. Transactional accounting is handled by broader Finance teams, while you provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to shape investment choices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or financial business-partnering experience.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with ARR, net retention and gross margin KPIs.
• Nice to have: PE-backed or fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen translating product priorities into budgets and investments.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, headcount tracking, and vendor spend.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data and business context.
• Fluency in English and Polish; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to translate roadmap and staffing priorities into budgets, forecasts, and investment plans.
• Own Budget vs. Actuals reporting for headcount, software spend, and projects with variance analysis.
• Lead headcount planning, open requisitions status, and staffing risk visibility.
• Forecast ramp up of AI spend for R&D and the organization.
• Oversee software and tooling spend, renewals, and cost/benefit input for build-vs-buy decisions.
• Track consulting and contractor engagements, ETC, and burn against plan.
• Lead annual budget and reforecast cycles with department leaders.
• Provide data-driven insights on spend trends and financial health to senior leadership.
• Challenge spend assumptions with evidence and business context.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement for aligned execution.
