Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years working in financial or analytical capacity.
• Advanced skill sets for Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Knowledge of NetSuite a plus.
• Strong analytical acumen and ability to articulate results.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Confident in meeting with business leaders and voicing concerns.
• Self-manage time and deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Ability to develop KPI and set targets.
• Desire to improve efficiencies and create automation.
• Experience with SQL, NetSuite, and Salesforce is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to cover US and EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and finance teams to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Participate in annual planning for revenue and expenses with monthly forecasts.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as required by business leaders.
• Update performance metrics slides and refresh monthly submission files.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly financial reports and explain variances.
• Prepare monthly cash position reports and related slides.
• Present budget realization insights to senior management.
